I'm so f*cking out of shape! Gosh! It's aweful! I can't even do 40 push ups! Bearly 20 Dx It f*cking sucks :/ Just wanted to rant about my out of shapeness and having to take a whole summer to get in shape with so many people.

if you think your out of shape, your wrong..........I can barely do 15 push ups........i got swim club, and softball to get me in shape though.

Ampy, this is was i do. 10 sit ups or push-ups after everytime i go to the bathroom. But if they get too easy i go up another 10.

I do 50 sit ups everytime before and after I eat. 5 push ups when I'm tired and about to go to bed in the middle of the day.
